Hello walkers and runners! You might have noticed the action this summer at the Blue Heron Middle School track. We are removing the old, crumbling surface of the track and replacing it with a new base mat and a more durable top coat. This new track surface will be much better and safer for our student athletes. And our broader community!
We appologize for the temporary inconvenience of the closure. We are excited to get everyone back on the new track as soon as it is complete at the end of summer!
This project is funded with Capital Levy dollars.

Things are movin' and shakin' around here at Blue Heron Middle School as furniture is moved, floors are cleared and carpets are ripped out in preparation for the new carpet that will be installed during the summer break. We look forward to sharing "after" photos of our building once the project is complete! Shona Grimm
Blue Heron 6th Graders enjoyed participating in Centrum's Experiences in Creativity: Tales, Text, & Theatre.
Students had the awesome opportunity to explore visual, literary, and musical performing arts.

6th Graders had the unique chance to learn and explore outside the traditional classroom setting with their overnight field trip to Mount Rainier Institute in the Fall of 2024. This breathtaking location featured glaciers, forests, and wildlife.

Blue Heron 7th Graders spent almost 2 full weeks at the Maritime Center enjoying a multitude of enriching learning opportunities, including boat building, long boats, maritime art, and more.

Seniors Walk of Fame
Blue Heron Middle School and Salish Coast Elementary hosted the seniors.
Congratulations to all the graduates at PTHS and OCEAN!
