  1. Register Student Through Final Forms
  2. Add Sports/Activities - We encourage you to register for all possible sports  (Skip this step if your child is not a student-athlete.)
  3. Update Forms - Read thoroughly and complete the required forms. (If student signatures are required, your student will automatically be prompted to log in and sign after you complete all forms.)
  4. Pay Fees - Pay registration/participation fees ($45 for the sport and $20 for ASB fund - partial scholarships are available by contacting the Blue Heron office)
  5. Preparticipation Physical Evaluation - Print and take the physical form to the student's physician. Physicals can also be done at the High School through the Jefferson County School Based Health Clinic (SBHC)
  6. Student Registration - Your child will be required to create their own "student account" to e-sign their portion of forms required by the school.  Please note: final registration is not complete until both student and parent account has been created and all forms have been e-signed.

Important If your child is a student-athlete, you will need to get your student re-evaluated by a doctor periodically according to school policy. Automatic emails will be sent to you very shortly before your student's physical is going to expire.

Note You may add/remove sports at any time before the deadline, though you and your student will both be required to look over and certify that all information in your forms is still correct. (Some sports may have additional forms.)
