Reporting an Absence
Parents you have 2 options for reporting
your students absences
For absences to be excused send an e-mail to
[email protected]
or
a phone call to Blue Heron Attendance Hotline
360-379-4500 ext 8110
from the parent/guardian must be received with a
valid Washington State absent reason within
two school business days. Doing either of these replaces the need to send in a note when your student returns to school.
A parent/guardian may also send a signed note of explanation with the student upon his/her return to school.
If you plan on being absent for more than 3 days, a pre-approved absence form is required, with Principal approval.
